Open House London 2009
Open House London is the capital's largest architectural showcase and is now in its 17th year. This year it is taking place on 19 & 20 September 2009.
It is a simple but powerful concept: in celebration of design excellence, 700 buildings of every conceivable type, shape and size will open their doors to Londoners completely for free. For one weekend in the year, Londoners come together exploring all corners of the capital.
Chiswick House is taking part this year on Sunday 20 September between 10am-5pm.
Opening times
Tours at 11am, 12noon, 2pm on the house's art and architecture.
3pm introductory talk on the symbolism of the house hidden in the art and architecture
Last entry 4.30pm.
