Pride and Prejudice

Heartbreak Productions present Jane Austen’s most popular classic – 'Pride and Prejudice'.

Thursday 14th July 7pm on the Western Lawn

Doors open at 5.45pm

Set in the rural village of Meryton the story of five sisters’ amorous exploits will resonate with everyone who has been in love.

From the sweet and good natured eldest daughter Jane, down to the coquettish and petulant Lydia the whole spectrum of women’s behaviour is examined in minute detail with Austen’s delicate yet intense observation.

Heartbreak’s fresh and contemporary adaptation from its writer in residence, David Kerby Kendall will highlight the wit, fun and absurdities of the characters.

Intermingled with period dance, music and song.
And our very own Mr Darcy will make you tingle with anticipation…

We recommend you come with family, friends and a mouth watering picnic.

Suitable for ages 7 to 70 and beyond.

Tickets available via Ticketweb (link on right). There will also be a few tickets for this event available on the night.
